Eligibility

In-Game Credits
Our games offer optional, purchasable in-game virtual currency ("Game Credits"). Game Credits have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable outside the game. Purchases are processed by Stripe on behalf of ShadowByte Studios LLC.
Refund Policy
All Game Credit purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including account suspension or termination for violation of our game rules. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Account Conduct
We may suspend or terminate any account that violates our game rules, engages in cheating, abuse, or fraud, or otherwise misuses our services. Game Credits are not refunded in connection with an account suspension or termination.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our games and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our games.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShadowByte Studios LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our games or services.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our games after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
